And more proof that it’s a big universe and God doesn’t have time for your little shenanigans thanks to a Russian man who climbed into the lion’s enclosure at the Kiev zoo, shouting “God will save me, if he exists.” According to zoo officials, “a lioness went straight for him, knocked him down and severed his carotid artery.” This story is strangely similar to one from two years ago when a man at the Taipei Zoo in China climbed into the lion’s den and tried to convert the animals to Christianity. At least God was kind enough to spare that man’s life. As they say, don’t try this at home. (Reuters)
