HOT ENOUGH FOR YA?

The Guinness Book of World Records has crowned a new champion as the world’s hottest chili. The Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Chili) from Assam, India took over the title after it scored a blistering one million Scoville heat units (SHUs), more than doubling the 577,000 SHUs of the previous champion, America’s Red Savina. An average Tabasco sauce scores between 2,500 and 5,000 SHUs. (MSNBC)
