So now that you have an excuse to surf the web at work, here’s your excuse to pig out on chocolate all day long. Brain performance researchers have discovered that eating chocolate makes you better at doing math. The experiments found that giving volunteers large amounts of flavanols in the form of a nice cup of hot chocolate made them less tir, more mentally alert, and improved their test scores on math questions.
