This week another Japanese man has paid the price for his sexual frustration. Police have arrested a 38-year-old plumber after he called a company’s toll-free line 500 times over 16 months in order to listen to the woman’s voice on the automated message. The man had spent over 3,100 hours on the phone with the voice, costing the company almost four million yen (about $40,000) in phone bills. "He gets excited by the woman's voice on the guidance tape," explained a police spokesman. (Reuters)
